Atwood is now I write today as a fan, someone whose life was changed on reading A Handmaid's Tale, someone who still treasures my rare edition of The Journals of Susanna Moodie. I have not gone through the whole collection, but Margaret Atwood has written a thought-provoking account (through poems) of Susanna Moodie.
